BIRTH SUPPORT
I can help you to:
• Understand the different stages of labor and what happens in your body during childbirth
• Explore concrete tools to manage contraction sensations (breathing, movement, positions, relaxation, etc.)
• Develop confidence in your ability to bring your baby into the world
• Identify your needs and reflect on your preferences for childbirth
• Involve your support person so they can actively and reassuringly support you
• Create a reassuring environment and foster a climate of safety during labor and birth
Meetings last between 1 hour 30 minutes and 2 hours and include text message follow-up to answer any questions that may arise after visits. Appointments are offered Monday to Friday, between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.
A preliminary call is recommended to see if I am the right person to support you on your journey to parenthood.

Accompagnement postnatal - relevailles
Je peux t’offrir un soutien concret à la maison pendant les premières semaines avec ton bébé. Mon objectif est de t’aider à récupérer, à te sentir soutenue et à vivre cette période avec plus de douceur.
Les visites durent généralement 3 heures et se déroulent du lundi au vendredi, entre 9 h et 18 h. Elles peuvent commencer dès ton retour à la maison avec ton bébé et se poursuivre au cours de sa première année de vie.

I can support you with common breastfeeding challenges and help you build confidence during this stage.
• Understand your baby's sensory continuity, sleep-wake rhythms, and their variations
• Achieve an optimal latch and find a comfortable breastfeeding position
• Recognize your baby's hunger cues and ensure they are swallowing
• Discover different breastfeeding positions and adjust those you already use
• Approach breastfeeding or bottle-feeding with respect for your baby's rhythm
If needed, I can also refer you to specialized resources (IBCLC lactation consultant, physiotherapist, osteopath, etc.).
Each visit lasts 2 hours and includes text message follow-up to answer any questions that may arise in the days following the meeting. Appointments are available Monday to Friday, between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.
