Why Mama Cocon?

Mama Cocon was born from a moment of helplessness. During the pandemic, I watched a close friend go through the first weeks and months after giving birth alone, without visitors, without support, without adequate resources. One day, she told me: "I tried to find something to relieve myself, but I couldn't find anything... so I just gave up." The fourth trimester, those first 40 days after childbirth, is one of the most vulnerable periods in a woman's life, yet one of the least supported.

It was from this realization that Mama Cocon was born. As a certified doula and future perinatal naturopath, I don't select the products in the box at random. Each product is chosen because we understand what a new mother is going through, both physically and mentally. Perineal care, breastfeeding comfort, gentle moments for oneself. Natural and healthy products that respect the skin and support every stage, from physical recovery to the simple pleasure of feeling good.

Why the name Mama Cocon?

The name "Mama Cocon" came naturally. I wanted a space that would resonate as a tribute to all mothers, regardless of their origin, challenges, or journeys.

Mama, a simple, universal word, carrying strength and love.

And then there’s the Cocon (Cocoon). This word evokes warmth, security, and comfort. A nest where one feels protected, surrounded, and supported. The combination of these two words perfectly reflects what I wanted to create: a haven of softness where every mother can take care of herself, find herself, and flourish as a woman first and foremost.

My mission

I support mothers and their partners throughout pregnancy and postpartum with doula services and a gift box designed for loved ones to provide concrete support for the mother.

My vision

May every stage from pregnancy to postpartum receive the attention, preparation, and support it deserves. May no mother go through this period forgotten or in silence.

My values
