Exchange and Refund Policy

Exchanges

At Mama Cocon, every order is prepared with care. However, here are the exceptions where a solution can be offered:

• Missing product in your order: we will ship the missing item to you at our expense within 7 business days.

• Product damaged upon receipt: we will send you a replacement at no additional charge.

Refund

A refund may be offered depending on the situation. If applicable, please allow 15 business days for processing.
